60-Day Cheerhunting Worry-Free Program Warranty

The Cheerhunting Worry-Free Program Warranty replaces damaged product with the same make and model product (or similar if make and model are no longer available). Sixty (60) day period extends from the date of purchase. Claim must be made within the warranty period. To be eligible for replacement, product purchase must be properly registered via the Cheerhunting website within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

The Worry-Free Program Warranty is designed as a customer service benefit to our valued customers. Cheerhunting reserves the sole right of determination of product eligibility of the program. Multiple requests within a one-year period that indicate possible abuse of this Worry-Free program benefit may be denied. Customer is entitled to one (1) free replacement product per item purchased as part of this warranty (an item will not be warrantied more than once).

At the request of Cheerhunting’s agents, images of the damaged product or return of the damaged product may be requested and required as proof of warranty claim. Shipping and handling of replacement product will be paid by Cheerhunting Pet Products. This program is available to pet owner/end-user only and is not available to any retailer or pet care provider (including kennels, veterinary clinics, daycares, dog walkers, hotels, etc.). THIS PROGRAM IS AVAILABLE ONLY WITHIN CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES (excludes Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories).
